Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent leadless parts from dropping when a parts cassette is replaced, and to shorten the time required for the replacement, by providing a brush in a pipe sliding bore arranged in a bottom of a parts housing section.
CONSTITUTION: The parts cassette 10 consists of the parts housing section 11, the pipe sliding bore 12 extending from the bottom of the parts housing section 11 and comprising a diametrically enlarged section 12a and a diametrically reduced section 12b, and magnets 13 embeded in the bottom. In the diametrically enlarged section 12a of the pipe sliding bore 12 is loaded the brush 14, and when a pipe 16 is not inserted, the brush 14 closes the pipe sliding bore 12 with the hairs of the brush 14 straight. When the pipe 16 is inserted, and the parts cassette 10 is moved up and down, the leadless parts in the parts housing section 11 are arranged into the pipe 16.
