CONSTITUTION:When data are transmitted from a secondary station 200i to a primary station 100, the primary station 100 periodically delivers optional responding OPR pole commands, performs polings, and then, delivers proceeding patterns. In this case, however, the primary station 100 delivers a plural number of dummy flags FDs after delivering the ORP commands, and delivers the proceeding patterns after a dummy time has passed. The secondary station 200i which is required to send data, produces flags after receiving proceeding patterns, and then, delivers frames. The frame is sent to the primary station 100 after passing through lower stations 200i+1, 200i+2 successively. Therefore, a time which is enough to prepare data transmission, is given to the secondary station 200i which has the highest priority, and, in this way, each secondary station can equally make data transmission with one time poling.
