Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the position arrangement of a cutting device unnecessary and to improve cutting precision, by setting a stopper at the opposite side of cutting of original tubes, fixing the positions of the original tubes, and pushing the original tubes out every cutting length in the tube axis direction.
CONSTITUTION: The movable frame 10 has many pairs of the rollers 11 supporting rotatably the plural original tubes G in parallel and the stopper 12 to fix the positions of one end of the original tubes G, and is moved on the left and right guides with pushing out the original tubes G by the stopper 12 through the rotation of the feed screw 20. The fixed frame 30 supports the other ends of the original tubes G, and pairs of the rollers 31 having the same diameter as that of the pairs of the rollers 11 and the same construction are set at a position somewhat nearer to the center than the cutting points g of the original tubes G. The traveling mechanism of a cutting device 40 consists of the cutter 41, a traveling screw to be engaged with a movable stand equipped with the cutting burner 46, and the drive motor 44. The cutting device is traveled along the fixed frame 30 in the direction rectangular to the original tubes G and cuts the original tubes G at the locus of the cutter 41.
