CONSTITUTION:A counter 9' receives a signal FG with a constant frequency and a pulse PC for each turn corresponding to the rotary speed delivered from a capstan motor 15 and reads out the information on irregular rotation generated at the capstan by the deformation and eccentricity of the capstan shaft itself stored in an ROM10. The read out information on the irregular information is fed into the rotary speed servo system 14 in the capstan motor 15 through a D/A converter 11, and a voltage control oscillator 12. In this way, the irregular rotation by the deformation and eccentricity of the rotary shaft itself in the rotary device can effectively be canceled.
