Abstract
PURPOSE:To make corrections corresponding to the refractivity of the surface of a film in use by giving the film a code showing its refractivity, by reading the code, and by making the corrections on the basis of the read code information. CONSTITUTION:Between adjacent perforations in the one-side specific area 3 of the leader part of a film 1, small holes h1-h4 are formed as codes. The film press- contacting plate 4 of a camera, on the other hand, is provided with LEDs 5 and 6 and the camera body 7 is provided with photodiodes 8 and 9 facing to these LEDs 5 and 6. As the loaded film 1 is wound, the diodes 8 and 9 output a light current each time a perforation or small hole passes. The positions of the small holes h1- h4 show a code which corresponds to the reflectivity of the film 1 in use. For this purpose, the data of the exposure circuit of the camera is corrected on the bias of the code information to make corrections corresponding to the reflectivity of a used film.
