Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of stress mutually between respective apparatus of a supercryogenic device by a method wherein a base to support a supercryogenic vessel is fixedly supported at one place on a frame, other bases for respective apparatus are slidingly supported, and the slidingly supported parts are arranged at the positions equally distant from the fixedly supported part. CONSTITUTION:The fixedly supporting member 5a provided at the center point G fixes the base 3 and the frame 7 for vacuum vessel with clamping parts 10, and is fitted by spigot joint as not to generate discrepancy of mutual position. While the plural slidingly supporting parts provided at the equal distance from the point G are respectively constituted of a slidingly supporting member 5b, antifriction materials 8, clamping parts 10, and spacers 9 to prevent over-clamping by the clamping parts 10, and when the base 3 shrinks toward the direction of the fixedly supporting member 5a, the slidingly supporting parts slide with sliding faces a.
