Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the sheet which is excellent in foaming and expansion quantity in heating by attaching an olefin group resin film not containing the peroxide, etc. on the whole surface of an olefin group resin sheet to which the peroxide, a cross- linking assistant agent, a foaming agent, etc. are mixed and heating the sheet. CONSTITUTION:The sheet A is prepared in such a manner that the olefin group resin to which respective 1-10PHR of the peroxide, the cross-linking assistant agent and the foaming agent and fillers, a silane agent and slip additives as necessary are mixed is produced lest the peroxide, etc. should decompose and react. The olefin group film not containing the peroxide and the foaming agent is attached on the whole surface of the sheet A, and the integral sheet is formed so as not to contact with the atmosphere. The sheet is cross-linked and heated lest the foaming agent should decompose and foam by means of a heating apparatus, forwarded, cooled between rolls and cut. The cut sheets are foamed and heated, and foaming bodies with high foaming magnification are obtained.
