PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling work of a high voltage supplying device by providing an engaging groove having a taper along the entire peripheral wall of the first case, providing a linear projection corresponding to the engaging groove on the second case and mounting both the cases under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A notch 4 with opened one end is formed at the wall of the first case which contains a high voltage electronic part and fills an insulating material in an air gap, an engaging groove 6 is formed along the entire peripheral wall of the notch 4, and the groove 6 is tapered to narrow from the opening of the case toward the bottom surface. A linear projection 13 is provided at the position corresponding to the groove 6 of the second case 7 made of a high voltage resistor 2 in such a manner that the thickness of the wall 8 is slightly larger than the width of the groove 8. Then, the peripheral wall 8 of the second case 7 is mounted to the groove 6 of the first case 1 under pressure. In this manner, it can prevent the leakage of filled insulating material and can simplify the assembling work.
