Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the disconnection of a cracked conductor pattern on an insulating layer generated from the difference of the coefficients of linear expansion of a conductor layer and thick-film glass through plating by specifying the thickness of a conductor pattern through the plating of a surface layer. CONSTITUTION:A wiring layer formed by alternately repeating the insulating layer 4 and the conductor layers 2, 3 in plating metal is shaped to a ceramic substrate 1, and a pad 7 on which a semiconductor chip 6 is fast stuck, a pattern for feed and grounding to the semiconductor chip and a connecting pad 9 for giving and receiving the signals of the semiconductor chip 6 are formed. The thickness of the plating of the surface conductor layers 2, 3 shaped by the plating metal is made 3mum through 50mum.
