Abstract
PURPOSE: A preventing agent, containing the conventional nosotropic preventing agent against kinesia and an accelerator of cerebral blood flow as an etiotropic agent, and capable of preventing the kinesia thoroughly, and expectable to exhibit a higher remedial effect.
CONSTITUTION: A preventing agent containing an accelerator of cerebral blood flow, e.g. papaverine hydrochloride or cyclandelate, as an agent capable of treating the kinesia etiotropically and one or two or more agents selected from a tranquilizer, e.g. chlordiazepoxide or diazepam, an autonomic nervous regulating agent, e.g. γ-oryzanol or chlorpromazine, an antihistaminic agent, e.g. dimenhydrinate, and a caffeinic aga, e.g. diprophylline, as an agent capable of treating the kinesia nosotropically. The kinesia is caused by the endaural or visual stimulation and a vestibular cerebellum regulating them, and the excessive suppression by the cerebellum tends to cause the kinesia. The accelerator of cerebral blood flow capable of relieving the excessive suppression is incorporated to prevent and treat the kinesia thoroughly.
