Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit pouring continuously and efficiently into various kinds of molds by moving a mold conveying line synchronously below an endless moving body arranged alternately with molten metal bisecting ports and molten metal dropping ports.
CONSTITUTION: Funnels 8 are fixed to the bases 5 built to an endless chain 1, and molten metal bisecting parts 9 of a crest shape are fixed to bisecting part mounting pieces 7. V-grooves 13 and branch parts 14 are formed to the front and rear in the advance direction of said parts 9, and molten metal dopping ports 15 of roughly a rhombic shape are formed between the bottom end parts of the grooves 13. The ports 15 are so located as to come to right under the funnels 8, whereby an endless moving body is formed. A ladle is provided in the home position above this endless moving body, and the molten metal is flowed downward therefrom into the parts 9. A mold conveying line is moved below the endless moving body in synchronization with the ports 15, so that molten metal is poured into the plural molds disposed and fixed at equal intervals. By this constitution, the rate of pouring is made accurate.
