Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a processing solution having invariably proper density by preventing the deposition, etc., of chemicals by diluting and transporting the chemical solution by connecting the transport pipe of a water reserving tank to that of an enrichment tank at an adequate position, by washing the transport pipes and a mixing vessel with water, and by reserving the solution in the mixing vessel. CONSTITUTION:Transport pipes 11 and 12 of a water reserving tank 1 are connected to transport pipes 13 and 14 of a strong fixing solution tank 2 and a strong hard film solution tank 3 at proper points 11 and 12. A chemical solution mixing vessel 4 is provided with a recess part, a level controller 15 having level sensing electrodes B, C, D, and E is equipped, and the sense part of the electrode B is placed in the recess part of the vessel 4. A circulating stirring pump 9 mixes a solution in the vessel 4. The mixed solution is fed by a pump 10 to a reserving tank 16 equipped with a level controller 17 having electrodes G and H. In this constitution, the strong solution is diluted with water and transported. After the transpotation is carried out until the mixing vessel is empty, the transport pipes 11 and 12 are washed with only water, and the washing liquid washes the vessel 4 and is reserved in the vessel 4 until the next mixing. Thus, the deposition, resolution, etc., of chemicals are prevented to obtain a proper processing solution all the time.
