Abstract

PURPOSE: The titled polyurethane foam forming no closed-cell foam, slightly causing shrinkage after releasing it from a mold, obtained by adding a specific amount of calcium stearate or fine silica to polyurethane.
CONSTITUTION: 0.01W10.0wt% Preferably 0.1W5.0wt% calcium stearate or fine silica is added to a polyurethane foam obtained by reacting a polyol component consisting essentially of preferably a polyether polyol with an isocyanate component consisting essentially of preferably a polyisocyanate compound, and, if necessary, chain extender, a blowing agent, etc. Preferably calcium stearate or fine silica is previously added to the polyol component for use.
