Abstract
PURPOSE: An odorless, smokeless and harmless solid fuel obtd. by mixing a saw dust, amorphous PP and starch paste, and molding the resulting mixture.
CONSTITUTION: 75% saw dust, 23% amorphous PP and 2% starch paste are mixed with heating at a temp. of about 250% of which the amorphous PP softens and melts, and then the resulting mixt. is shaped into an ovoid, a cylinder, etc.
EFFECT: The fuel does not dlse its shape during combustion so that it does not reside in the bottom of a furnace or boiler, causing no abstruction for air passage.
