Abstract

PURPOSE: To connect operational amplifiers to optional parts of a two-wire system communication line and to accomplish bi-directional amplification by dividing an output of an operational amplifier into 2 signals and inputting the one signal to the other operational amplifiers in an opposite line to subtract the input from an input of the other input terminal.
CONSTITUTION: A signal from a two-wire line 2W of a going line E is inputted to a noninversion input terminal (+) of an operational amplifier OPA through a transformer T1 and the amplified signal is inputted to a branching device DIV. One of the signals branched by the device DIV is sent to a two-wire line 2W through a transformer T2 and the other is inputted to a inversion input terminal (-) of an operational amplifier OPA of a returning line W through a transformer 6. A signal amplifier by the going line E and led into the returning line W by the transformer T2 which has the same purpose as the transformer T1 is inputted to a noninversion input terminal (+) of the operational amplifier OPA of the returning line W and the signal from the transformer T6 is subtracted in the operational amplifier OPA and outputted as "0", so that only the signal originated from the returning line W is amplified and outputted.
