Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve productivity, by positioning a coil bobbin to a winding shaft by the rotation of a rotary shaft and pins for loading to cut interlayer paper during winding. CONSTITUTION:The coil bobbin 15 is successively loaded in fixed numbers under the state of adjustment at the position of the rotary shaft 8 so that the pin 11 is not projected out from a check plate 13. Thereafter, the rotary shaft is set in rotation with the pin 11 positioned to the notch 16 and square hole 17. Under this state a conductor 18 is wound with the interlayer paper 19 inserted between each winding layer. This interlayer paper 19 is cut with a knife cutter 20 during winding by utilizing a peripheral groove 14 of the winding shaft by every one layer or several layers. At the finish of winding, the winding shaft is removed from the multiplex winding machine to take out coils one by one.
