Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform stable frequency tracking, by outputting a signal from a signal generator through changing over the signal into a feedback signal, when the feedback signal from a feedback detection section goes to a prescribed level or more. CONSTITUTION:A signal generated at a signal generator 1 is applied to an Si transistor (TR)3, the TR3 is switched and the signal is applied to a signal amplifying section (a). The signal at the section (a) is applied to an ultrasonic wave oscillator through a feedback signal detection (b), a part of the signal is fed back to a frequency tracking device (d) and applied to a coupling transformer 10. When this signal goes to a prescribed level or more, a signal from the section (b) is applied to the transformer 10 through a resonance coil 12 and a resonance capacitor, a part of the signal is amplified at a TR11 and applied to the section (a). The amplified signal is applied to the section (b) and the ultrasonic wave oscillator, and a part of the signal is fed back to the device (d).
