Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain two output strokes at each turn of a rotor and increase output power, in an interal and external combustion or explosion engine of volume type, by constituting the engine in such a manner that gas after expansion is discharged to the outside, cooled and then returned into a compressor by an external blower. CONSTITUTION:Sector-shaped rotors 12a, 12b are integrally formed respectively in concentrical internal and external rotary shafts 11a, 11b, while shaft rods 17a, 17b are pivotally combined to each shaft 11a, 11b in a state of being positioned in the center of the rotors 12a, 12b, and these shaft rods 17a, 17b are rotated about a shaft center 18 as the center with a connecting rod (not shown in the grawing) as a radius. Then gas is compressed in accordance with rotary motion of the rotors 12a, 12b, and the compressed gas is heated by an external combustion heat exchanger 4, and then returned to the inside of a cylinder 10, and performed adiabatic expansion, thus rotary power of the rotors 12a, 12b are taken off from a driving shaft 20. Further the gas after expansion is discharged from a port 35, cooled by a heat radiator 8 and then returned flowing to a suction port 36 by an external blower 37.
