Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent picture with equalized line intervals at each section, by arbitrarily changing a potential difference at each one horizontal scanning line for a vertical deflection signal sectioning a picture on a screen toward vertical direction and deflecting electron beam at each section. CONSTITUTION:The vertical and horizontal synchronizing signals separated from a television composite video signal are applied to a ring counter 37 via a signal processing circuit (not shown), the horizontal synchronizing signal H is counted and 16 sets of switching pulses are generated at each 1H. This switching pulse is picked up as an 16 step of output voltage with equal interval from a fixed resistor 50 via an analog switch 39. This output is applied to a gain adjusting circuit consisting of transistors 58-63, and a voltage obtained with a volume control 52 and resistors 53-55 is applied to the base of transistors 61 and 62 via an analog switch 51 through switching at each 1H. An arbitrary deflection waveform can be obtained by the adjustment of the volume control 52.
