Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the machining of the inner surface of a tube body and enable to manufacture the valve only by machining pipes by a method wherein the tube body is formed by fittingly inserting valve seats therein at the center and by fitting liners at both sides thereof. CONSTITUTION:The tube body 21 is formed by fitting the liners 22a and 22b in the portions at both sides of a pipe body 21a or in the portions, along which pistons 5a and 5b slide, by connecting four passage pipes 7-10 thereto and, after that, by fittingly inserting the valve seats 2 and 4 therewithin. Accordingly, the machining is eliminated by employing brass pipe, which has excellent dimensional accuracy, or the like as liner material and, as for the concentric dimensions of the right and the left piston and liner assemblies 5b and 22b and 5a and 22a, the airtightness between the piston and liner can be maintained even if said dimensions are different from each other, because the assembling of a valve piston 5 is performed by mounting a valve body 3 within the tube body 21.
