Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize simple but accurate relative location assigning inputs, by detecting relative movement information from variations of physical properties between each region discriminated by a detector in a movement detecting system which is effective in making relative location assignment, etc. CONSTITUTION:Different physical properties are detected from plural regions divided on the surface of an object 4. By observing the variation of the physical properties, relative movements between the surface of the object 4 and a detector 5 can be detected effectively as moving direction, orientation, distance, etc. Synthetically, setting of several regions individually having detectable physical property on the surface of the object 4 is the sole requirement, and therefore, this system can be realized easily.
