Abstract
PURPOSE:To fetch a signal so that its terminal is not doubled to a signal fetching terminal of an adjacent unit detecting element, by providing plural signal output terminals on a fixing mount base constituting a unit detecting element, and selecting using them. CONSTITUTION:Onto a mount base 2 of a unit detecting element, a semiconductor radioactivity detecting element 2 is fixed. Also, on the front side and the rear side of the base 2, electrode leader lines 3, 4 are extend-provided, and also plural signal fetching terminals 5 are provided. A mounting test of the unit detecting element is executed by selectively using these terminals 5, and after that, when only one terminal is left and others are removed, the terminal 5 is not doubled at every adjacent unit detecting element, and high density mounting is executed easily and exactly.
