PURPOSE:To wind a coil around a core effectively without depending upon the form of a core, by separately providing a plurality of C shaped raw coil elements in the axial direction of a core, and electrically connecting the upper end of each raw coil element to the lower end of the adjacent raw coil element. CONSTITUTION:The raw elements 1 are separately provided in the axial direction at a constant pitch so that the opening parts 3 of the C shaped raw coil element 1 are arranged in one line along the axial direction of the rod shaped core 2. A hinge 8 is provided at the approximately central part of each raw element 1 so that it is freely bent in the opening direction of the opening part 3 and divided into an upper half part 9 and a lower half part 10.
