Thereafter, the control unit 2 performs measurement of the time elapsed by counting the output of a frequency divider 9 whereby a reference signal of a reference oscillator 3 is divided to a clock frequency for measuring time, and the time elapsed is displayed in a display unit 4. When a radio switch 7 is turned ON, the control unit 2 impresses a tuning control signal on a radio unit 1. In addition, the control unit 2 makes the display unit 4 display a received frequency when the radio receives broadcasting. When a prescribed key in a keyboard 8 is pushed under the condition, the display in the display unit 4 is switched from the display of the received frequency to that of the time elapsed.
