Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize an economical converting system of incoming number by controlling an exchanging circuit of incoming number by means of a traffic automatic control network and converting the incoming number of the corresponding call to connect it with the substitute subscriber terminal of a substitute switchboard. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber 10 calls another subscriber 14, the subscriber 10 dials a subscriber number A. A switchboard 7 transmits the incoming number A to a incoming number converting circuit 6. Thus the number A is converted into a incoming number B to return to the switchboard 7. The switchboard 7 selectes the route based on the number B to receive the corresponding call to a switchboard 8 and connects the call to the subscriber 14. In case the fault of a switchboard 9 is recovered and the subscriber 14 is stored again in the original switchboard 9, the release of the conversion is supplied through a keyboard 2. As a result, the release information is fed to each switchboard from a traffic controller 1, and this command reaches the circuit 6. The circuit 6 stops the conversion from the number A to B. Thus the subscriber 14 stored in the switchboard 9 receives the information when the number A is dialed.
