Thus the line cut relay contacts 1a and 2a are cut off, and the contacts 1b and 2b are connected. The relay 1 has no actuation if a line cut relay fuse 3 is previously detached. The fuse 3 is inserted, and a power supply fuse 8 for significant subscriber is detached to be inserted into a receptacle corresponding to a power supply fuse 14 for insignificant subscriber.
