Abstract
PURPOSE:To have the folding only at a projected area between a GT-cut oscillator and a frame part not at a bridge part, by varying slightly the width of the bridge part. CONSTITUTION:A relation D1>D2 is satisfied, where D1 is the width of a bridge part 12 and D2 is the width of a projected part 13 which joins a frame 14 and an oscillator 11. Thus the folding is never given at the part 12. It is most appropriate to set the width D1 at a value about 1.2 times as much as D2. If the D1 is set too large, the oscillation of an oscillating part is too large and transmitted to an oscillation attenuating part. As a result, the sufficient attenuation is obtained for the oscillation. Thus the oscillation is transmitted even to a supporting part and leaks out to the areas other than the oscillator 11 to deteriorate the stability of a quarts oscillator.
