Abstract
PURPOSE:To adjust an optical axis, by inclining a pin inserted into a hole, and pushing and moving an edge of optical parts. CONSTITUTION:An optical sensor 1 is fastened to a rectangular substrate 20, and this substrate 20 is screwed at two places on an end part wall 11a of an optical pickup device 11. Screws 21 used for ths screw-setting are screwed to the end part wall 11a, being idle-fitted into through-holes 20a formed on the upper right and the lower left on the diagonal line of the substrate 20, and both of them hold down the substrate so as to be slidable on the end part wall 11a by repulsion force of a spring washer 22. In case when it is desired to shift the optical sensor 1 to te upper part, it can be executed by inserting an adjusting pin 24 into a pin hole 23 positioned at the lower part of the substrate 20, and making the middle part of the pin 24 press-contact with the end part 20 of the substrate extending over the opening part of the pin hole 23. When the end part of the adjusting pin 24 is displaced to the upper part, the optical sensor 1 can be displaced together with the substrate by a very small distance.
