CONSTITUTION:A recording and reproducing position in the radial direction of a disk 13 is detected by a position detector 27. Subsequently, in a DC voltage generating circuit 28, DC voltage corresponding to a detecting output is generated, and is supplied to a preemphasis circuit 3b and a deemphasis circuit 23b. The position detector 27 is connected to support fittings 16. This position detector 27 is connected to a moter 14, a shifting shaft 17 or a step-motor 18 so as to obtain a signal corresponding to the extent of shift of the step-motor 18. The DC voltage generating circuit 28 controls a DC voltage to voltage required for the preemphasis circuit 3b and the deemphasis circuit 23b.
