CONSTITUTION:The output from ach key of a keyboard KB is given to a processor CPU such as a microprocessor through an interface circuit IF, and a code corresponding to each key of the keyboard KB which is stored in a variable memory RAM and arrangement device data for this code are read out by the operation of the processor CPU based on contents of a fixed memory ROM where various programs are stored, and the read code and the code of an actually transmitted signal are collated with each other to perform diagnosis. Arrangement diagram data of the keyboard KB and character data are stored in respective addresses of a display memory DM of a display part DP, and these data are given to a display controlling circuit CT, and diagnostic results are displayed on a cathode-ray tube CRT.
