Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify a device of each slave station, by measuring the AZ and EL angles to a satellite for each slave station through a central station in place of the slave station. CONSTITUTION:A contral station A receives the pilot signal from a satellite 11 and tracks the satellite to stand opposite to the satellite 11 within a certain degree of accuracy. The relative position of the satellite 11 is fed into a computer 14 based on the AZ and EL angles under the above-mentioned conditions to be combined with the position data of a slave station (e.g., station B) which is previously fed into the computer 14. Thus the AZ and EL angles of the station B and in the direction of the satellite are calculated. The position data of the station B to the statellite 11 which is calculated within the station A is transmitted to the satellite 11 via a modulator 13, a signal transmitter 12 and an antenna 1. On the other hand, the station B receives and demodulates the above- mentioned position data through an antenna 6, a low noise amplifier 7 and a demodulator 15 and feeds this data to a controller 9 for antenna position of slave station in the form of an antenna position correcting data.
