Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out manufacture of a diffuser easily and reliably, by a method wherein a respective disc and a diffuser blade are manufactured separately, and a round boss is formed on a blade diffuser base part in a body, which is fitted in a hole of disc side for adhesion. CONSTITUTION:In making a diffuser 4, a disc 4a and a diffuser blade 4b are separated, and the disc 4a is of a doughnut type disc which is formed by providing as many holes 10 as a number Z of the diffuser blades 4b on the inner diameter side at regular pitches. On the other hand, the diffuser blade 4b is made by precision forging in an attached condition of a column shape boss 9 centering around the front edge of a vane section. Then each of the blades 4b is incorporated into the hole 10 of the disc 4a, and desired inlet width (a) and outlet width (b) are decided by moving the rear edge side of the vane section to either the left or right side. Then, making is completed by fixing each of the blades 4b with a jig properly and securing between the disc 4a and the blade 4b and between the boss 9 and the hole 10 through soldering respectively.
