Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the high talking properties regardless of a high degree of noise within a car, by providing the speech transmission/reception function to a spectacle frame. CONSTITUTION:A telephone 12 produces a ringing tone when receiving a call from a base station through a main communication machine 11. Then a driver sets down a sound tube 15b, and a transmitter/receiver 15 loaded to a spectacle frame works. Thus a light emitting element 16 emits the light, and this light is received at a photodetector 17. The talking voice sent from the base station is applied to an induction coil 18 to be delivered through a speaker or an earphone. The voice of the driver is delivered to the tube 15b and converted into the electric signals to be radiated through the element 16 in the form of the optical signals. In such a way, the talking is made possible between a caller and the driver. Thus the tube 15b is close to the lips of the driver to improve the S/N regardless of a high degree of noise within a car.
