Abstract

PURPOSE: To economize energy, by driving an electric motor while the speed of a vehicle is not higher than a set level and a set time is elapsing after the operation of a clutch or a brake.
CONSTITUTION: When the speed of a vehicle is not higher than a set level, it is found out by a detector connected to a speedometer 20, so that a vehicle speed signal S1 is applied to the AND circuit 27 of a controller 19. When a clutch pedal 23 or a brake pedal 24 is depressed at the vehicle speed not higher than the set level, it is found out by a pedal operation detector 21 or 22 so that an operation signal S2 or S3 is applied to the OR circuit 25 of the controller 19. At that time, an outpt signal S4 is sent from the output terminal 25C of the OR circuit 25 to a timer 26 to apply a time setting signal S5 to the AND circuit 27 for a set time. As a result, an actuation signal S6 is sent from an output terminal 27C to connect an electric motor 2 to a battery 18 to supply pressurized oil from an oil pump 3 to a power cylinder 4.
