CONSTITUTION:In the inside of both sides (only one side is shown in the figure) of an opening part of a jacket 3, a recessed part 7 is provided. Both ends of cover member 2 are formed in the shape of U by use of an elastic member 6, and a projecting part 5 to be fitted into the recessed part 7 is provided. When this jacket 3 is inserted into a reproducing device, an finclined surface of the elastic member 6 is bronut into abutment on a wedge part 12 of a lever 13 rotating around a supporting point 14, and the jacket is further inserted, the elastic member 6 is bent, the recessed and projecting parts 7, 5 are separated from each other, and are stopped by a stopper 16. When the jacket 3 is drawn out, the cover member 2 is clamped at 10, and the disk becomes a reproducing state. Subsequently, when the jacket 3 is inserted, it is rotated clockwise by pushing the end part 12 of the lever 13, the clamp 10 is released, and the cover member 2 and the disk are stored, and are collected together with the jacket.
