CONSTITUTION:An inner roller 30 is made up of an elastic component, such as a special steel having tenacity, and is formed of a thin cylinder part 30a, two pieces of thick cylinder parts 30b and a thin circular plate part 30c connecting both the cylinder parts 30a and 30b, in a device wherein a sun roller 1 is provided at the edge of an input shaft 8, plural number of planetary rollers 2 supported by a carrier 6 which is unified with an output shaft 11 through a planetary pin 5 is provided around the roller 1 and these planetary rollers 2 are made to touch internally to the inner roller 30. Then, the inner roller 30 is formed so that the thin cylinder part 30a is bent inward causing a little reduction of an inner diameter when an inward and axial force T is applied to the cylinder part 30b.
