PURPOSE:To enable speed change control by one hydraulic pressure valve irrespective of a number of shift, by constituting that a hydraulic pressure directional control valve is provided between a hydraulic pressure source and a hydraulic pressure servo, and hydraulic pressure which drives the hydraulic pressure directional control valve is supplied and discharged in order through a distributor. CONSTITUTION:When a first shift speed is indicated on a speed shift decision circuit, a hydraulic pressure distributor 231 is positioned at a location as shown in a sketch, a hydraulic pressure oil regulated by a pressure regulating valve 224 is supplied to respective driving hydraulic pressure chambers 229 and 230 of respective directional control valves 206 and 207 for shifts 2-3 and 1-2 respectively, a clutch 7 and a brake 22 are turned into a non-operational condition, and the first shift speed is obtained. Then, a car speed is increased, for example, when a second shift speed is indicated a pulse motor 231 is rotated by a fixed number of rotation in a fixed direction through a speed shift increase signal, and a spool 235 is stopped by connecting an output port 239 with a hydraulic oil discharge port 240. With this, a spool 216 is moved to the left, hydraulic pressure oil is supplied to the brake 22 through ports 218 and 219, and the second shift speed is obtained.
