Abstract

PURPOSE:To receivr waves from many broadcast stations by using a small number of memories by adding or subtracting frequency data, equivalent to channel space, to and from frequency data stored in memories. CONSTITUTION:When a channel switch 6 is pushed while an addition and subtraction switch 11 is at an addition position, data in a memory 16 is preset in an up-down counter 13 and the output of the switch 6 is applied to a monostable multivibrator 18, which outputs a pulse. As a result, a counter 19, while the output pulse of the monostable multivibrator 18 is at a high level, counts pulses from a reference oscillator 12 to output its count value to an AND gate 20. For example, when the output pulse width of the multivibrator 18 is set equivalent to three output pulses of the oscillator 12, a counter 13 inputs data, read out of the memory 16, as a preset value and further counts three sweep pulses up. Therefore, a signal having a frequency three pulses higher than that stored in the memory 16 is receivable.
