Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit a reservoir cap to be mounted and demounted rapidly with a small operating force onto the cylindrical opening part of a reservoir without turning the cap. CONSTITUTION:Normally, the clutch 30 of the spring working part 29 is engaged with the flange 34 of a reservoir 10 by means of the elasticity of the spring working part 29, and a reservoir cap 13 is held on the reservoir 10. In order to remove the cap 13, a pair of operating projections 31 arranged in the spring working part 29 are pushed into the cap 13 in closedly gathered contiguration, and the clutch 30 is shifted to the outside of the reservoir 10, then engagement with the flange 34 is released. The cap 13 is lifted in this state, then removed from the reservoir 10.
