Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of exposure devices, and reduce the space for the installation of the exposure device by enabling exposure of panels with various sizes and exposure of various deflection angles to be performed with one exposure device. CONSTITUTION:When a panel 10A is placed on a plate 17A, a shutter 16 opens while a lamp house 15 remaining as it is, and the panel 10A is exposed by means of an exposure light-source 14. On the other hand, when a panel 10B is placed on a plate 17B, a sensor attached to the plate 17B detects the panel 10B to give a detection signal, a slide base 13 moves horizontally according to the above detection signal, and a shutter 16 opens before the panel 10B is exposed by means of an exposure light-source 14. As is mentioned above, since the exposure light sources 14 are provided so that they correspond to the plates 17A and 17B, and rectifying-lens systems 18A, 19A and 18B, 19B, exposure of panels with various sizes and exposure of various deflection angles can be carried out with one exposure device.
