On the other hand, when a panel 10B is placed on a plate 17B, a sensor attached to the plate 17B detects the panel 10B to give a detection signal, a slide base 13 moves horizontally according to the above detection signal, and a shutter 16 opens before the panel 10B is exposed by means of an exposure light-source 14. As is mentioned above, since the exposure light sources 14 are provided so that they correspond to the plates 17A and 17B, and rectifying-lens systems 18A, 19A and 18B, 19B, exposure of panels with various sizes and exposure of various deflection angles can be carried out with one exposure device.
