Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the economical property of the titled hot water feeder by a method wherein high temperature hot water is distributed into the upper or the lower part of a heater body at choice through a switching mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A heat source section is fixed to the side surface of the heater body 1. The heat source section has a combustion chamber whose wall is formed of a part of the surface of the heater body 1. A burner 2 is erected substantially upright so as to direct a flame in the horizontal direction. An inlet pipe 6 and an outlet pipe 7 are connected to the lower part and the upper part of a heat exchanger, respectively, to thereby form a water circuit and an exhaust combustion gas is sucked by a fan 9 after it passes through an exhaust pipe 8 and discharge from an exhaust gas top 10. Further, water is supplied into the heater body 1 through a water supply port 12 and hot water is served from a hot water supply port 13. In addition, a changeover valve 14 is provided at the base of the outlet pipe 7 so that the high temperature hot water is discharged from the lower and the upper parts of the boiler through the valve in an alternative fashion.
