Abstract

PURPOSE:To separate and supply the lowermost jig assuredly and safely by providing hooks on elevating supports mounted on the lower portion of a supply station so that the hooks are engaged with the jig to be lowered together with the supports, and are disengaged therefrom when the jig reaches the supply station so as to retain the next jig. CONSTITUTION:A flange portion 11 of a jig 10 is placed on a click 5a of a hook 5. When supports 2 are lowered by a cylinder 13, the hooks 5, 5' are moved by the flange portions 11 to lower the jig 10 onto a supply station 14 to be placed thereon. In the middle of lowering the supports 2, rollers 16 are brought into contact with levers 3 to rotate shafts 4 in 90-degrees arc, so that the hooks 5 are reversed by gears 6, 7 to be released from the flanges 11. Therefore, the lowermost jig 10a is separated and supplied onto the supply station 14. Subsequently, the supports 2 are raised and the hooks 5 are rotated counter-clockwise to be engaged with the next flange portions 11 so as to retain the jig 10. Thus, the jigs can be assuredly separated and supplied one by one with the lowermost jig first.
