Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve all-season application of a tyre by disposing a holding frame having a communication hole in an inner wall of a tyre tread, containing a sub- tyre therein to which a slip preventing member passing through the tyre tread is attached, and making the slip preventing member projected or sunk by feeding or discharging air into or from the sub-tyre. CONSTITUTION:When compressed air is fed from an air pipe 6 into a sub-tyre 5 to expand it, a slip preventing member 7 is projected from a tyre tread 1 to fulfill the function of preventing slip. On the other hand, when the air in the sub- tyre 5 is discharged from the air pipe 6, the pressure in a tyre 9 makes side walls 4, 4' bend outside to contract the sub-tyre 5. Accordingly, the slip preventing member 7 is sunk from the tread 1 to make the tyre in the ordinary configuration. The tyre capable of preventing the slip may be provided only by feeding or discharging air into or from the sub-tyre 5, threby enabling the safe drive in all seasons.
