Abstract

PURPOSE: To attach and detach bag filters easily in a short time by providing a guiding rail freely vertically movably and providing a suspension hook.
CONSTITUTION: The door 16 of a filter chamber 2 is opened and a guiding rail 17 is beforehand lowered down to a prescribed position. After a bag filter 5 is suspended from the suspension hook 24 of an attaching and detaching device 20, an arm 22 is moved upward until the hook 24 attains the same height as that of the rail 17. Further, this is turned toward the chamber 2 and the hook 24 is brought near the filter chamber. Since the hook 24 is located on the extension line of the rail 17 and both communicate with each other, the bag filter 5 is pushed toward the chamber 2 and is replaced on the rail 17. When the rail 17 is moved upward by operating an air cylinder 18, the filter 5 is also pulled upward and stops at the point where a sealing frame 12 contacts with the seal 11 by pressure, where it is fixed. To remove the filter 5, the rail 17 is moved downward, after which the filter is replaced to the hook 24.
