Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the anti-corrosion treatment of a stator frame cheaply and securely, by undercoating a stator frame on the projected inner surface and covering the projected inner surface with varnish for anti-corrosive treatment during varnish treatment of a stator winding. CONSTITUTION:When a cylindrical corrugated plate 2 of a stator frame 1 is not assumbled, the inner and outer surfaces of the corrugated plate 2 are undercoated for anti-corrosion by parkerizing treatment. A stator core 6 with stator winding 7 is inserted into the cylindrical corrugated plate 2. Both the fixed at a contact 8 by welding. A stator is formed by welding terminal plates to both ends of the corrugated plate 2. The whole stator is immersed in a varnish- contained varnish immersion treatment tank during varnish vacuum immersion of a stator winding. Next, the inner and outer surfaces of stator frame 1 are covered with varnish for anti-corrosion treatment. This realizes the anti-corrosion treatment of stator frame cheaply and securely.
