Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to weigh and deliver boiled rice, food boiled down in soy sauce or the like in a sufficiently loosened condition, by providing a plurality of rollers which rotate at higher circumferential speeds as they go forward in the carrying direction of boiled rice, to a portion of a carrying means. CONSTITUTION:The automatic weighing apparatus for boiled rice has a hopper 10 to contain boiled rice, a carrying means 30 to carry the boiled rice delivered from the opening in the lower part of the hopper 10, and a weighing means 70 to weigh the carried boiled rice. The carrying means 30 comprises the first carrying means 31, the second carrying means 50 and a boiled rice brushing-off means 60. The first carrying means 31 has seven rollers 34 which are provided adjacently to the opening 16 in the lower part of the hopper 10 and rotatably supported. Because the respective rollers have diameters successively increasing so that the more forward the rollers are located in the carrying direction of boiled rice, the higher circumferential speeds they have when rotating, the carried boiled rice is delivered and weighed in a loosened condition.
