Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain common reference voltages by absorbing the dispersion among the reference voltages, by the connection of a resistor having a small resistance value among the reference voltages for emitter coupled logic circuits. CONSTITUTION:Input signals A, B and C, D are applied respectively to the base of transistors (TRs) Q11, Q12 and Q21, Q22 constituting a plurality of emitter coupled logic circuits ECL1 and ECL2 and TRs Q13 and Q23 to the base of which is applied with reference voltages VBB1 and VBB2 are connected in a differential mode. Load resistors RL11 and RL21 are respectively connected to the emitter connecting the TRs Q11, Q12 and Q21, Q22 in common, the load resistor RL12 and the emitter of a TRQ18 are connected to the emitter of the TRs Q13 and Q23, and a clamping constant voltage VX is applied to the base of the TRQ18. Voltages VBB1 and VBB2 between the ECL1 and ECL2 are connected in common with a resistor R1 having a small resistance value, the dispersion in the voltages is absorbed with the resistor R1 to reduce the dispersion and fluctuation of the voltage VX.
