Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce easily a toner having both the insulating and conductive properties, by sticking the plate-shape insulating toner material and conductive toner material and then cutting these stuck material into a proper size. CONSTITUTION:The 1st belt-shape or plate-shape base material 1A made of a conductive toner material is press-fixed to the 2nd belt-shape or plate-shape base material 2A made of an insulating toner material. Thus these two materials 1A and 2A are inseparable from each other. These stuck materials are cut along the lines 3 to obtain toner pieces 4. It is desirable to blow the pieces 4 into the hot air to turn them into ball shapes. Thus a toner having a varying rate between the conductive and insulating parts can be obtained freely by changing properly the thickness of both materials 1A and 2A.
