Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate an independent installation of a photoelectric transducer for start of the flash, by providing an automatic switch circuit which switches and connects the photoelectric transducer to an integrator from a voltage generating member for start of a trigger circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a phototransistor 35 receives the optical pulse in the slave flash mode, the pulse voltage is produced at a coil 46. Thus an SCR11 conducts and an inner light discharge tube 6 has the emission of light. As a result, the voltage of a light measuring circuit is generated between the terminals of a Zener diode 33. Then transistors 48, 43 and 44 are turned on and off respectively, and as a result a transistor 45 is turned off to prevent the inflow of the photoelectric converting current to the coil 46. On the other hand, the transistors 37 and 40 are turned on and off respectively, and an integral capacitor 36 is charged by the photoelectric converting current. When the integral value reaches a prescribed level, the transistors 38 and 39 are turned on. Thus an SCR18 conducts to perform the commutation, and the emission of light is discontinued.
