Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce to almost zero the angle of rotational error between the long axis of a noncircular beam passing hole section and the tubular axis along the support section of a support zone by welding and fixing the support zone with the support section to an electrod member and perforating the rectangular beam passing hole section using this support section and a jig so that the long and tubular axes may coincide with each other. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical electrode member 11 with the bottom is draw- processed by a press machine. This electrode member 11 and a support body 13 with support sections 131 and 132 which are stretched on a tubular axis that passes through the center of a circular section 13a corresponding to the semicircumference of the electrode member and of the bottom 111 of the electrode member 11 are degreased, washed, hydrogen-processed, welded, and fixed. A slide holder 26 is fixed at the position which is opposed to the drag mold type electrode member 11 and has two pedestrals 251 and 252 which press the support sections 131 and 132 by uniform load. A rectangular electron beam passing hole section is perforated using this jig and the support sections 131 and 132 so that the long and tubular axes y and Y may coincide with each other.
